Verifam was born from a personal journey of struggle, healing, and transformation to self-care and self-improvement. My name is Stella, and I started this brand alongside three incredible women after reaching my LITERAL breaking point. The pressures of work, life, and personal responsibilities took a toll on me—leading to hives, a nervous system breakdown, and relentless insomnia. Everything overwhelmed me. I lost my sense of self and couldn’t see a way out of the cycle of stress.
Thankfully, that experience forced me to listen to myself in a way I never had before. I dove deep into self-care—learning, experimenting, and rebuilding. Over time, I regained balance, restored my health, and developed a deep connection with my emotions. Now, when challenges arise—whether it’s anxiety, burnout, emotional detachment, or constant fatigue—I have the tools to process them without feeling consumed.

Particularly, we’re done with the surface-level wellness advice. What we care about is what actually helps when you’re anxious, exhausted, or barely holding it together—things that support your body, clear your mind, and help you feel like you again.
